🕗 Pickup hours: Monday–Saturday, 8:00am–6:00pm

Please do not arrive before your scheduled pickup date. Your order is prepared fresh for your selected pickup day and may not be available early.

When you arrive

As you pull into the driveway, take a right at the Y and continue toward the farmstore. Park in front of the shop and enter through the French doors.

Your order will be waiting for you in the refrigerator inside our self-serve farmstore. Simply grab your order and go!

While you're here, you're welcome to shop the farmstore for additional farm-fresh products. We offer a variety of milk, dairy products, eggs, baked goods, skincare, and other items. Payment for additional items can be made using the QR codes provided in the store.

🐾 Please keep pets in your vehicle. The Whipped Creamery is an active working farm and family property, and we ask that pets remain safely in vehicles during your visit.

Tip: Please remember to bring your empty milk jars back with you! Return them to the designated jar-return area so we can wash, sanitize, and refill them for the next delivery.

Our Rogue River pickup is located at Wild Asparagus Baked Goods, Lauren’s farmstore.

Your milk will be available for pickup beginning Tuesday after 9:30am. Simply stop by during their open hours and pick up your order from the designated refrigerator.

While you're there, you're welcome to shop Lauren’s selection of fresh sourdough and baked goods! You can shop what's available in the store or pre-order your baked goods to make sure you get exactly what you want.

🫙 Please return your empty milk jars to the wooden crate provided at the pickup location.

This is a great option for combining your weekly milk pickup with some delicious locally made baked goods!

Our Central Point location is a quick 15-minute weekly meet-up designed to make milk pickup easy for customers in the Central Point area.

Tanner will be waiting in a small white delivery van near Pine Street with your orders. We're in the process of getting the van fully branded with The Whipped Creamery logo, which will make it even easier to spot!

Please plan to arrive during the 15-minute pickup window so Tanner can stay on schedule with the rest of his route.

Running late?

If you miss the Central Point pickup window, don't panic! Tanner may be able to arrange a quick alternate meetup depending on his route. You can also contact him to coordinate.

If an alternate meetup isn't possible, your order will be taken back to the Dairy Office in Medford for pickup.

The Dairy Office is a convenient, self-serve pickup location for standing orders and pre-orders.

🕗 Building access: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–8:00pm
🚚 Milk deliveries: Tuesdays and Thursdays, around 10:30am

Finding the office

When you arrive, look for the door to the right of the main entrance near the cars. It may appear that you are entering Voya Financial Advisors, you have the correct door.

Walk through the seating area. Our office is the first door on the left, marked “A.”

Inside, you'll find your order in the refrigerator. Take only the items you ordered and place your empty milk jars on the rack, just as you would at the farm.

Please make sure the door closes completely behind you so the room remains secure.

💳 Additional purchases: There may occasionally be additional farm products available. Payment is available via Venmo using the QR code at the location.

🥖 Sourdough: Sourdough products can also be delivered to this location, but pre-ordering is required to guarantee availability.

If the exterior door is locked: Enter through the main doors, then take two right turns to reach our office.
