The Whipped Creamery

Joining our herdshare establishes your ownership interest in our dairy herd and grants you access to pre-order raw A2A2 milk and member-only dairy products through our private program.

All milk and dairy products are offered by pre-order only and are subject to weekly availability. Enrollment is limited based on herd capacity to ensure quality, consistency, and responsible herd management.

What Membership Includes

As a herdshare member, you receive:

• Legal participation in our private herdshare program
  
• Access to pre-order raw A2A2 Jersey milk
  
• Access to member-only dairy products including yogurt, buttermilk, bovré, and chocolate milk, lowfat greek yogurt and heavy cream!
  
• Choice of creamery pickup or weekly drop points at the time of ordering
  
• The ability to pause, skip and add vacation dates as needed without being charged for milk.
  
• Lifetime membership with no annual renewals
  

One-Time Membership Fee

Herdshare Membership Fee $50

This one-time fee:

• Establishes your ownership share in our herd
  
• Covers onboarding, administration, and recordkeeping
  
• Is paid once only. Once you join, you are a member for life
  

Milk and dairy products are purchased separately and are not included in the membership fee.

All products are subject to availability based on weekly production.

How Ordering and Payments Work

All milk and dairy orders are managed through our MilkShelf platform, designed to be simple and flexible for every household. There’s no need to choose between weekly ordering or a formal subscription, you’re always in control.

Weekly Billing & Auto-Pay

• Members are billed weekly for the milk and products scheduled for that pickup week
• Payments run automatically (auto-pay), so there’s no need to reorder each time
• Cash payment is also an option
  

Flexible Milk Management

Through your account, you can:

• Start or stop milk at any time
  
• Increase or decrease your weekly quantity
  
• Pause weeks you don’t need milk
  
• Schedule vacation leave so you are not charged while away
  

All changes must be made by the weekly cutoff time to apply to the upcoming pickup.

Guaranteed Milk (When Active)

When your account is active for a given week, your milk is reserved for you. If you pause or place vacation leave in advance, you won’t be charged and that milk is released back into availability.

Dairy Products

• Milk is managed on a recurring weekly basis
  
• Other dairy items (yogurt, buttermilk, bovré, chocolate milk, etc.) may be offered as add-ons when available
  
• Availability may vary week to week based on production
  

Pickups & Drop Points

Pickup or drop-point locations are selected within your account. Locations, days, or times may occasionally change due to weather, scheduling, or volume. Any adjustments will always be communicated in advance.

- Weekly Drop Points -

• Wild Asparagus, Rogue River
  Thursdays at 9:30 AM
  *This stand is not open Fridays.
  Milk pickup is available until 7:00 PM.

• Ray’s Parking Lot, Central Point
  Thursdays only
  Quick stop from 10:00 to 10:15 AM

• The Dairy Office
  Tuesdays and Thursdays
  Delivery arrives at 10:30 AM
  Office access is available by code
  Open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Ken’s House, Ashland
  Milk is delivered on Thursdays only
  Available for pickup Thursday 11:30 AM to 6:00 PM
  Also available for pickup Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Milk-N-Moore Farm, Grants Pass Milk is delivered on Tuesdays only. Available for pickup Tuesday 9:30-5:00 PM and Wednesday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

How Enrollment Works

4. Receive a welcome email with instructions for pre-ordering milk and dairy products
5. Place your first order online!
