From Our Farm to Your Home

We started our farm with one simple goal in mind: to give our boys the very best, most wholesome food we could. It began with a garden and as our family grew, so did our farm. A pig came next. Then a cow. And soon, we discovered just how much goodness fresh milk could bring into our lives.

Today, The Whipped Creamery is a small family farm nestled in Southern Oregon. We proudly provide raw, nutrient-rich A2A2 milk to families throughout the Rogue Valley and along the way, we’ve fallen in love with crafting simple, nourishing products that help people care for themselves and their families, inside and out.

Meet Jen

Hi, I’m Jen. Dairy farmer, mom of three boys who are usually on dirt bikes or the baseball field, and wife to an electrician.

Most days, you’ll find me milking cows, making Milky Line body care products, baking treats in the kitchen, or out in the garden with my flowers. I love good food, simple living, and spending time with our animals and family.

When we’re not working around the farm, we like to get away and travel when we can. I enjoy keeping things hands-on and creating products and food that people can feel good about bringing into their homes.

Our Cows & Our Milk

Our herd of registered A2A2 Jersey cows is the heart of our farm. We raise them with the highest standards of care and wellness, ensuring that both their health and their milk quality remain exceptional.

Every cow we bring into our herd is tested for BLV, BVD, and Johne’s disease, and we test annually for tuberculosis and brucellosis. Our cows enjoy a life of comfort, fresh air, and a diet of grassy alfalfa and a grain and sunflower seed mix during milking.

We strive to keep our practices as natural as possible, always prioritizing the well-being of our animals. If a cow does require antibiotics for a condition such as mastitis, we follow strict withholding practices to ensure that no treated milk enters our supply.

We take pride in offering raw A2A2 milk — a rich, easily digestible milk that many families have come to trust and love.

The Milky Line - Farm Fresh Self-Care

As we grew deeper into farm life, it didn’t take long to realize that the very same milk nourishing our family could also nourish our skin.

That’s how The Milky Line was born, a collection of handcrafted body care products made with our own farm-fresh milk. Designed with busy moms and everyday families in mind, these simple, wholesome products bring a bit of farmhouse self-care to your daily routine.

From soothing Milk Baths to rich, healing Cow Cream, from our fragrant Farmhouse Milk Lotion to our gentle Milk Soaps, each product is made in small batches with real ingredients you can feel good about.

Farm-Fresh Baked Goods

At The Whipped Creamery, good food is at the heart of everything we do. Our farm store is filled with the kinds of baked goods that bring comfort to any table.

My sister, Lauren, brings in a beautiful selection of fresh sourdough products each week, handcrafted with care. You’ll find loaves, rolls, and seasonal favorites made from the simplest ingredients.

In our own farmhouse kitchen, I bake cakes, cookies, cinnamon rolls, and other classic treats, perfect for family gatherings or a little indulgence alongside your morning coffee. Like everything we offer, our baked goods are made with intention and care.

Farm-Fresh Eggs

We also offer farm-fresh eggs from our happy, free-ranging hens. Our chickens live in a mobile chicken tractor, allowing us to move them regularly to fresh pasture where they enjoy grasses, bugs, and sunshine. The result? Rich, flavorful eggs you can truly taste the difference in.

Our Farm Store

When you visit our farm store, you’ll find more than just milk. We offer fresh eggs, baked goods, and the full Milky Line collection, all handcrafted here on our farm or prepared by family.

Whether you’re picking up your weekly gallon of milk, choosing a loaf of sourdough, or treating yourself to a bit of self-care, we hope you enjoy the goodness that comes from the work of our hands and the life of our farm.
